Hello dear friends :-)

Get ready for lots of photos of the wild flower bank...

And from a distance it looks such a small area. Hopefully next year we will have managed to extend it :-)

It is mesmerising to stand there and gaze at it.

  6. It is so beautiful Tracey!!!!! So many different sorts of flowers, you must have planted a lot of seeds to get this many blooms! It really does look pretty and is a great idea for your churchyard, I hope that you can extend it in the future and that there are lots of seeds from this years plants to carry on for next year too! xx

    1. Hi Amy :-) The seeds came from Lidl packaged in a small box and we just used the one box and still have some seeds left in it. I'll be watching out in the autumn to see if they stock them again... they were definitely a bargain. But yes, I hope we get a lot of seed from these beauties!

  10. Totally amazing!. Now you have to wait for them to reseed and not weed around that area too much. Jo x

    1. Thanks Jo :-) Yes, I need to keep on top of the nettles, bramble, bindweed and that long trailing sticky stuff whose name currently escapes me!... otherwise they will crowd out the ones I want to keep...not that they don't have their place, but they do love taking over :-) naughty things lol

  11. Your pictures of the flowers are gorgeous Tracey, all those lovely blooms giving such a beautiful display, I'm so jealous haha! maybe next year my garden will be better, the boys seemed to have stopped on their progress with mine, ill health and busy work schedules equals no progress for over 2 months now (sad face) I wish I could do it myself but it's structural stuff and I would have no idea. Hopefully there will be time soon for it to be finished.
